Take a digital photo of yourself (or other friendly person) wearing a plain T-shirt.
Transfer image to your hard drive.
Open it in your favorite photo image program.
Crop the photo roughly to top of head, shirt midway, and outside the arms.
Resize the image so that the widest side is to your requirement.
This image is 98x98 and was cropped square before resizing.
